Pool Service Technician
$18 to $30 an hour, depending on experience and route type (residential or commercial)
You will clean swimming pools on a daily route: balancing chemicals, scrubbing and netting, emptying skimmer baskets, checking equipment, and everything that goes with a typical pool cleaning visit.

What we're looking for
- Any pool cleaning experience is a big plus. Pool experience is the first thing we look at.
- Hands-on background helps: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or any blue-collar trade work.
- Steady work history. We want people who stick around.
- No education requirements. Entry-level is fine if you have the hands and the work ethic.

Pool Repair Technician
$25 to $40 an hour, depending on experience
You will install and repair pool equipment: heaters, pumps, filters, and related systems. This is skilled field work, a step above service cleaning, and includes diagnosing problems and completing repairs correctly.

What we're looking for
- About 4 years of pool experience as a general rule. We can flex when needed, but this is not an entry-level role.
- Journeyman experience in a related trade, such as HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, can substitute for pool-specific time.
- Real, verifiable hands-on experience. This role requires proven skill in the field.

Store Manager
$25 to $35 an hour
You run the store and lead the crew. Each morning you will manage the service techs as they come in for supplies, then spend the day helping customers: testing their water, advising on pool maintenance, and recommending the right products.

What we're looking for
- Pool experience is non-negotiable. Ideally you have worked as a repair tech for a couple of years; at minimum, 5+ years cleaning pools in the field.
- Leadership ability. You will manage a small crew of cleaners daily.
- Good customer service skills. You are the face of the store.
- Hands-on background in pools, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical is a plus.
- Steady work history. We want people who stick around.
