Pool Service Technician
Run a weekly route of residential and commercial pools: cleaning, chemistry, and a look at the equipment at every stop.
What you'll do
- Brush, net, skim, vacuum, and empty baskets on a set weekly route
- Test and balance water chemistry, and log every visit
- Spot equipment problems early and pass them to the repair team
- Keep customers in the loop and the truck stocked and organized
What you'll need
- Valid California driver's license
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat and lifting chemical containers
- Reliable, on time, and good with customers
- Pool experience helps. We train, and CPO certification is a plus

Pool Repair Technician
Diagnose and fix pool and spa equipment, and install new equipment, for customers across your region.
What you'll do
- Diagnose pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and leaks
- Quote repairs clearly before work starts
- Install variable-speed pumps, filters, heaters, and automation
- Handle Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward warranty work with the store team
What you'll need
- Hands-on pool, spa, or equipment repair experience
- Working knowledge of plumbing and low-voltage and line-voltage electrical
- Valid California driver's license
- Clear communicator who takes pride in fixing it right the first time

Store Manager
Run one of our pool supply counters: the team, the inventory, and the customers who rely on us for advice.
What you'll do
- Lead the counter team and set the schedule
- Run free water testing and give customers a clear plan
- Manage inventory, ordering, and special orders
- Work with the service and repair teams on equipment sales and warranty claims
What you'll need
- Retail or counter experience, ideally in pool, spa, or hardware
- Comfortable leading a small team and owning the numbers
- Pool chemistry knowledge, or the drive to learn it quickly
- Friendly, organized, and at your best when the store is busy
